10 m3./h. Reverse Osmosis (RO) Process of Pak Panang branch office, Regional office 4 Suratthani

        Pak Panang branch office had set the 10 m3./h. Reverse Osmosis (RO) project to solve tthe poor quality water problem. The project was ended on 30 September 2000 and delivered water to rayal hall at Pak Panang by received 4 million bath budget from The Government Lottery Office. The membrane filter of the Reverse Osmosis machine has high price and its lifetime depends on how to use the machine. So Pak Panang branch office decided to set the coined water machine in front of the office and sell water 20 satang per litre and will expand the machine set point if more people are interesting.

Reverse Osmosis Process

  1. Pump the water through the iron rust filter.
  2. Pass the non-iron-rust water into the 200 m3 tank.
  3. Pump the water into the carbon filter tank. Then add anti calces chemicals.
  4. There are controlling and chemicals adding process before pumping water into Reverse Osmosis Process.
  5. Pump the water to Reverse Osmosis Process
  6. Pump the Reverse Osmosis water to 500 m3 tank to deliver to royal hall at Pak Panang.
  7. Pump the rest water from sending to rayal hall to the coined water machine in front of the office.
